Twanslate is a really useful add-on for Mozilla Firefox that offers us the possibility to translate any tweet to English. You only have to click the button that will appear next to the tweet.

This add-on is really light and your browser will not notice it and in case you receiv a tweet in a language you don't understand is extremely useful.

Translation time takes just one or two seconds and you'll be able to read the tweet as usual.
